About the Role
Are you energized by fast-paced environments, face-to-face client connections, and the excitement of the events world? We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our Tempe-based team and help companies across the country stand out through impactful trade show and event exhibits.
As part of a full-service exhibit design company, you’ll play a key role in helping clients turn ideas into showstopping brand experiences–from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Sell innovative, custom trade show and event exhibit solutions that help clients grow their presence and achieve their goals.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients using a consultative sales approach that uncovers business objectives and positions the right solutions.
- Navigate complex sales processes, from initial outreach through post-event follow-up.
- Juggle multiple high-priority projects while maintaining clear communication and tight deadlines.
- Present design and service solutions clearly–even to non-technical stakeholders.
- Balance phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations to connect with decision-makers across industries.
- Stay organized, self-motivated and proactive–whether you’re in the office or on the go.
- Collaborate closely with internal design, production, and logistics teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Occasional travel may be available to attend client meetings or major industry events.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or event/exhibit sales.
- Knowledge of (or strong interest in) the trade show, events, or experiential marketing industries.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills–you’re a clear, confident communicator.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities–you know how to prioritize and follow through.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment with shifting client needs.
- A highly self-motivated approach–you take ownership and thrive without hand-holding.
- Detail-oriented mindset–you document interactions and keep CRM systems up to date.
Pay:
- $52,000 per year + Commissions + Annual Bonus
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working with exhibit houses, trade show service providers, or B2B event marketing teams.
- Familiarity with exhibit design processes, show services, or logistics coordination.
